3. 　Photocopy of Student Card
4. 　Official Academic Transcript from the previous year
5. 　Certificate of English Proficiency test
   TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.
6. 　Photocopy of passport
7. 　(STSI additional document) Curriculum Vitae
