“SDGs Internship/Field Study: Energy Security in Cold Climate Region”(RJE3) was held

Mr. Nogawa from Hokkaido Electric Power Co. gave a lecture on the blackout of the 2018 East Earthquake, Pro. (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan)Ivo Martinac from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden gave a lecture on energy conservation and construction equipment aspects, and Dr. Yuki Sadaike, an expert from Tohoku University, gave a lecture on disaster prevention.
The workshop included an evacuation shelter management game and study tours to the Kitagas Arena Sapporo and the Zero Energy Building for field study.
The final presentation based on the 5-day class was conducted online.
