“SDGs Field study: History, Language and Art in Northern Region (NJE3)” was held in University of Helsinki in Finland and Sofia University in Bulgaria.

From March 11-22 (12 days), “SDGs Field study: History, Language and Art in Northern Region (NJE3)” was held in University of Helsinki in Finland and Sofia University in Bulgaria. 4 students from Hokkaido University took this course.

From March 11-13, the students participated in the lectures in University of Helsinki. They visited world heritage- “the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress”, Aalt university, and so on as an excursion. In these three days, 3 students who took “SDGs Field study: Regional Design in North (NJE3)” also joined them, together.

From March 14-22, the students moved to Bulgaria, then visited Sofia University, Museums in the city center, etc. Great experiences in two countries they had. Through the lectures and field research in twelve days, the students must have understood about the history, culture, and art of the Northern Region.
