SDGs Field study: Summer School in Japan was held.

From July 21 to 30, the course “SDGs Field study: Summer School in Japan (PARE)” was held. During the 8 days school, 15 participants attended lectures and joined a two-day field trip. On the first day of the field trip, participants visited Toyoha mine, Jozankei dam and Sapporo Salmon Museum. On the second day, they visited Sapporo Sewerage Science Museum, Barato Lake and River Museum. They collected water samples at each site.
In addition, Dr. Praewa Wongburi from Mahidol University and Dr. Pongpet Pongsivapai, who participated in the 2016 PARE Spring School and is currently an Assistant Professor at Kasetsart University, also joined us. Lastly each group gave a final presentation and the 8-day program was successfully concluded with a closing ceremony.
