Program description

RJE 3 – very interesting program, because it contains different disciplines that help to get a new useful information and knowledge in various disciplines. I did not know Japanese, so I chose the disciplines that contains: international relations, economic geography, the imperial history of Russia and so on. this program allowed to communicate with foreign students and develop the skills of English. The education system in Japan differs from education in Russia and it was an interesting learning experience in another country.

Experiences in Japan

I really liked Japan, I did not want to go back home. After all, here I met a huge number of interesting people from all over the world. For my short stay in Japan, I managed to visit archaeological excavations on the island of Rebun, Wakkanai, a snow festival in the beautiful small town of Wassamu in a family of very kind people, went to an archaeological conference in Okinawa, traveled to Tokyo for New Year. In all these places people differ from each other, they all have their own peculiarities, food and traditions, it’s very interesting to observe. Japan is a very clean country where there is practically no garbage on the streets. I liked Japanese food, I was very used to rice, gyoza, takoyaki, sushi and yakisoba. It will be very short of Japanese sweets, they are very tasty. I really liked the Buddhist and Shinto temples, they are very beautiful and attractive. Japan has a lot of attractions and museums, they amaze with its diversity and beauty of the exposition. I’m very glad that I got into this program.

Comments

The program is very interesting, but I would like more subjects in English, so that the choice of disciplines was more.
